By accessing or using Fishtail HRMS ("Service"), provided by Fishtail Infosolutions ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Fishtail HRMS provides a cloud-based human resource management platform including automated payroll calculation, biometric & geo-fenced attendance logging, leave approval workflows, expense claim management, and performance appraisal tracking.
You retain full ownership of all employee records, salary data, PII (Personally Identifiable Information), and biometric timestamps uploaded to the platform. Fishtail Infosolutions acts strictly as a data processor under strict GDPR and PII compliance standards.
Fishtail Infosolutions warrants a target system uptime of 99.99% for core HR and payroll processing systems, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced at least 48 hours in advance.
Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually based on active headcount slots. You may adjust or cancel your plan at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you may export all employee data, salary sheets, and audit logs in CSV or JSON formats within 30 days of cancellation.
